
Group Fitness Classes in Portland
The following classes are available for $20 each and valid with discounted Multi-Class packages of 5, 10, or 20 classes for $90, $165, and $300 respectively.

Goal oriented online strength and conditioning programming with movement evaluation.
We will take you through a thorough intake process to learn your goals and determine your starting point.
This Strength and Conditioning online programming is custom-made to meet your needs and to help you reach your goals.
Regardless if it’s a running goal, climbing, triathlon, injury prevention, weight loss, general strength, health/wellness, or any other goal our coaches will provide you the individual attention needed to succeed.
The program will be specific to you and built with your exact goals in mind. We will take into account the equipment you have and the time you have available to train. The most important part of a strength training program is exercise selection, timing, and execution (technique). This is why a professionally written plan is so critical. Stop exercising to get tired and see what a professionally written plan can do to take the guess work out of your strength and conditioning.
This is not a series of random workouts, it’s a continuously modified plan that will help you reach your goals. This is not endurance coaching, we have endurance coaches for your running and triathlon coaching needs.

These classes will focus on strength training and endurance conditioning and will be challenge each person. Everyone will train at their own pace with progression as their goal throughout the 12 weeks.

Strength Training for Endurance Athletes
This class is designed to improve strength and conditioning for enhanced athletic performance. The class will focus on developing a strong foundation of fitness to help you perform better while engaging in athletic events. Expect to get a good dose of high intensity cardiovascular training as well. Fundamentals of Strength Training is recommended before enrolling in this class. Instructor: Valerie Uskoski.
