Group Fitness Classes in Portland

The following classes are available for $20 each and valid with discounted Multi-Class packages of 5, 10, or 20 classes for $90, $165, and $300 respectively.

Online strength and Conditioning Programming/Coaching:

Goal oriented online strength and conditioning programming with movement evaluation.

We will take you through a thorough intake process to learn your goals and determine your starting point.

This Strength and Conditioning online programming is custom-made to meet your needs and to help you reach your goals.

Whether your goal is running, climbing, triathlon, injury prevention, weight loss, general strength, or overall wellness, our coaches will give you the individual attention you need to succeed. Stop exercising just to get tired—discover how a professionally written plan can eliminate the guesswork from your strength and conditioning.  

The program will be specific to you and built with your exact goals in mind. We will take into account the equipment you have and the time you have available to train. The most important part of a strength training program is exercise selection, timing, and execution (technique). This is why a professionally written plan is so critical. Stop exercising just to get tired—discover how a professionally written plan can eliminate the guesswork from your strength and conditioning. 

This is not a series of random workouts, it’s a continuously modified plan that will help you reach your goals. This is not endurance coaching, we have endurance coaches for your running and triathlon coaching needs.

TRX Conditioning Class

Bill Worden, TRX Master Trainer!

These classes focus on strength training and endurance conditioning and will challenge each participant. Everyone will train at their own pace with progression as their goal throughout the 12 weeks.

Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

This class is designed to improve strength and conditioning for enhanced athletic performance. The class will focus on developing a strong foundation of fitness to help you perform better while engaging in athletic events. Expect to get a good dose of high intensity cardiovascular training as well. Fundamentals of Strength Training is recommended before enrolling in this class. Instructor: Valerie Uskoski.

Morning Time Strength & Conditioning

Start your morning strong! Whether you’re trying to build strength, lose weight, or just maintain where you’re at, this class is perfect to make sure you stay on track with your goals!

Evening Strength and Power

Get a jumpstart on your active weekend with functional strength training for every sport and life! This class will help you build strength, endurance, improve sports performance, and decrease injury potential. Join Coach Payne Fridays to learn some new exercises, improve exercise technique, and have some fun!
